1. After the raw milk is accepted, the pretreatment including milk cleaning, cooling and storage should be carried out. After
filtration and centrifugation, the purified milk should be quickly cooled to 2-3 ℃ for storage. The purpose is to make the quality of the product meet the standard requirements and not fluctuate with the source of raw materials.
2. The purpose of UHT milk homogenization is to use the powerful mechanical operation of homogenizer to break fat globules into fine particles, prevent fat agglomeration and floating, ensure the uniform, delicate and white sensory quality of products, and further improve the digestion and absorption of milk.
3. The purpose of UHT is to kill all microorganisms (including propagules, pathogens, non pathogens and spores).Generally, the sterilization time is 4-10 seconds and the sterilization temperature is 135-140 ℃. In the first stage, the milk was preheated to 80 ~ 85 ℃, which was helpful to the thermal stability of whey protein. The second stage is to heat the milk above the boiling point to 135 ~ 150 ℃ and completely kill all microorganisms. Milk cooling tank
It is used to store fresh milk at low temperature to ensure that the quality of fresh milk will not be damaged. The whole tank is made of food grade stainless steel and adopts imported refrigeration compressor. Different cooling tanks can be customized according to the severity of the environment.
Milk separator
It mainly used skim milk, whey separation, butter, wheat shock shower, casein, cheese production, such as anhydrous butter production process of centrifuge enrichment. And the material contact parts are made of stainless steel.
Milk homogenizer
For dairy, homogenization of milk, soybean milk and other dairy drinks under high pressure can significantly refine the fat balls in the dairy liquid, make the products easy to digest and absorb after eating, and improve the use value. Aseptic UHT sterilizer
