Introduction of yogurt fermentation tanks
The tank is mainly composed of box, mixer, manhole, inlet and outlet, cleaning port, etc. The upper and lower parts of the tank body are designed as conical heads, and there is no dead angle for cleaning. The product has advanced design and manufacturing technology, reliable performance, heat dissipation, insulation performance and health standards are in line with the advanced level. The tank body is made of three layers of stainless steel 304, with a jacket and a 60mm polyester foam insulation layer. It can be heated by steam or hot water, or cooled and refrigerated by cooling water. It can also be equipped with an electric heating jacket, without the need for steam heating.
The fermentation tank, combined with a control box, can automatically control the heating temperature and constant temperature, effectively enabling the fermentation strain to undergo constant temperature fermentation. After the fermentation of yogurt is completed, the built-in mixer in the fermentation tank can be used to break the yogurt, and flavor can also be added to make stirred flavored yogurt.
