This cheese making machine cheese vat consist of a triple-walled, insulated, round stainless steel vat with an overhead stirring machine and horizontal drive motor. The stirring mechanism of oblong vat is driven by two motors: one for longitudinal move and one for the rotating motion.The control panel is fitted into the superstructure. The horizontal drive motor can control the mixing to move back and forth from left to right, and the speed is adjustable. By means of the ‘touch screen on this panel various programs for stirring, heating and tipping can be executed.
The programs could be customized designed as control system,operating the various drive components. It is controlled the accurtelt temperature of milk in vat by an electrical thermostat system to operate the steam valve heating water.
Purpose of cheese vat: The cheese vat has an automatic temperature control function, so it raises the milk to the specified temperature, then adds a coagulant for the coagulation process; After completing the coagulation process, the three built-in stirring blades can be used to break and stir the curd; Finally, excess whey and water can be drained. It can also perform low-temperature pasteurization on fresh milk.
