Introduction of homogenizer
It's a special equipment in liquid materal homogenization ,less-ening and high pressure transportation,which are applied widely for ice cream, dairy , beverage , medicine , fine chemical and bio-engineering technology , etc .
Homogenizers can improve the taste of dairy and fruit juice products, and make the mixture more stable.
Structure principle and features
-The machine consists of container component, pump component, homogenizing component, pressure display and other components.
-Motor, through triangular belt, transmission shaft and connecting bar and slider, drives piston to make reciprocating motions. The liquid material is continuously absorbed in and pressed out from the pump, so that it withstands strong pressure and be effectively thinned and fixed under comprehensive function of the strong press, impact, decompression and expansion.
