Yogurt is made from fresh milk or milk powder as raw materials, and liquid milk is standardized and homogenized for pasteurization. Low temperature sterilization at around 72-85 ℃ can kill harmful bacteria in milk, and then inoculated and fermented into yogurt in a fermentation tank. The fermentation time ranges from 4 to 12 hours (depending on the process of each product). Finally, it can also be stirred and mixed to make flavored yogurt or drinking yogurt.
The production line can be directly connected to yogurt cup filling machines or other filling machines. After packaging, it is stored and sold in a cold storage.

For dairy, homogenization of milk, soybean milk and other dairy drinks under high pressure can significantly refine the fat balls in the dairy liquid, make the products easy to digest and absorb after eating, and improve the use value. After homogenization, the milk will not precipitate for a long time, better taste.
Plate pasteurizer
Milk plate pasteurizer is a kind of sterilization equipment specially designed for milk drinks or similar liquid materials. It's a ideal equipment to extend the shelf life of materials by sterilization and cooling. The heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling requirements designed according to different processes, different materials and different process combinations can meet the process requirements. With a variety of safety protection measures, high temperature, alarm and low temperature backflow. At the same time, according to the requirements of users, automatic control system can be configured.
Fermentation tank
It is used for heating and fermentation of fresh milk. The whole tank is made of food grade stainless steel, with mirror and manhole. It can be equipped with full-automatic control panel to adjust fermentation temperature and mixing speed and improve product stability. It can also be used to add flavor such as fruit juice.
Filling and packaging
The automatic filling and packaging line can customize a variety of filling lines and packaging equipment, such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, pouch and cup. Hot filling, cold filling can be customized. The whole filling process is controlled by computer program. We only need to set the parameters.
