Introduction of complete fruit juice production line

Juice production line is to squeeze the fresh fruit, and then through a series of processing procedures such as sterilization, finally filling and packaging. The whole line includes fresh fruit processing system, fruit juice processing system, fruit juice post packaging system, pure water production system for fruit juice blending and other auxiliary equipment. The juice product can keep 12 months shelf life under the room temperature.

A juice processing production line can connect with multiple different filling and packaging lines, so we can flexibly produce juice products of various packaging types. When fresh fruits are not in the production season, we can also purchase concentrated fruit juice or fruit powder to make blended juice beverage products.

The machine is composed of a frame, a water tank, a fan (water pump), a hoist, a circulating washing water pump, and a transmission part. Due to the presence of wind (pressure) in the water, fruits and vegetables tumble violently in the water, and the washing water is pressurized by the circulating washing pump to the feed port nozzle for backwashing. The direction of the nozzle is adjustable. The fruits and vegetables can be washed again by the high-pressure water sprayed from the nozzle, and a hoist is installed at the outlet, Send the washed fruits and vegetables to the next process.

UHT tubular sterilizer:

It is mainly used for high-temperature sterilization and cooling of various fruit juices and dairy products, with fully automatic touch screen operation and automatic cleaning function. Sterilization before product filling ensures product quality and extends shelf life. The equipment automatically controls sterilization temperature and duration. Materials flow in a closed-loop space to avoid secondary pollution.

The automatic filling and packaging line can customize a variety of filling lines and packaging equipment, such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans and other packaging. Hot filling, cold filling and aerated beverage filling can be customized.

Tunnel cooler:

This is a heating and cooling tunnel, which has a heating section and a cooling section. Spraying high-temperature hot water and cooling water through the spray head in the tunnel achieves low-temperature sterilization and cooling of bottled fruit juice. Greatly extending the shelf life of the finished fruit juice.
