Juice production line is to squeeze the fresh fruit, and then through a series of processing procedures such as sterilization, finally filling and packaging. The whole line includes fresh fruit processing system, fruit juice processing system, fruit juice post packaging system, pure water production system for fruit juice blending and other auxiliary equipment. The juice product can keep 12 months shelf life under the room temperature.
A juice processing production line can connect with multiple different filling and packaging lines, so we can flexibly produce juice products of various packaging types. When fresh fruits are not in the production season, we can also purchase concentrated fruit juice or fruit powder to make blended juice beverage products.
UHT tubular sterilizer:
It is mainly used for high-temperature sterilization and cooling of various fruit juices and dairy products, with fully automatic touch screen operation and automatic cleaning function. Sterilization before product filling ensures product quality and extends shelf life. The equipment automatically controls sterilization temperature and duration. Materials flow in a closed-loop space to avoid secondary pollution.
