Introduction of milk processing plant:
Milk processed by pasteurization is characterized by low temperature sterilization at 72-85 ℃. It can kill
harmful bacteria in milk and preserve nutrients and pure taste. After centrifugation, standardization, homogenization, sterilization and cooling, the whole process is seamless.
This production line can connect with various pasteurized milk packaging machines, such as bag packaging machines, bottle filling machines, and paper box packaging machines.
Processing Flow:
milk collection→ milk standardization→ milk preheating→ cream separating→ homogenization→ pasteurization
→ filling milk→ date printing→ packing→ cold storage
Milk cooling tank
It is used to store fresh milk at low temperature to ensure that the quality of fresh milk will not be damaged.
Cream separator
This machine is mainly used to separate some fat from fresh milk, achieving the effect of skimmed milk.
High pressure homogenizer
