Introduction of drinking water production line :
It starts from the purification of raw water, uses RO water treatment machinery to filter out all metal substances, macromolecular impurities, etc. After simple UV disinfection, it becomes pure water, which is then filled into containers, labeled, inkjet coded, and boxed. The renovated production line can be equipped with multiple filling lines for different types of packaging, such as plastic bottles, plastic bags, and five gallon barrels.
Production Flow chart:
1.Water purification part: raw water collection tank → water pump → quartz sand filtration → activated carbon filtration
→ ion exchange → RO membrane filtration → UV sterilization → Ozone disinfection → pure water tank
2. Water packing part: water filling and capping → lamp check → labeling → print date → film wrapping → box packing
