This production line includes a cleaning and processing extraction system for fresh fruits, a juice formula preparation system, a high-temperature sterilization system, sterile filling and packaging equipment, and a pure water auxiliary system. From the beginning of sterilization to the end of packaging, this series of processes are in a sterile environment, greatly avoiding the process of secondary contamination. Therefore, there is no need for high-temperature filling and secondary sterilization systems, and the flavor and nutritional components of the juice are also greatly preserved.
The processing equipment includes fresh mango flashing machine, crushing and de nucleating machine, juicer, filter and enzyme sterilizer. The whole project is connected by pipeline and lifting system for automatic processing, and can process a variety of fruits. It can be customized according to customer requirements. The processing capacity is 1 to 10 T/h.
Food grade stainless steel, with heating jacket and liquid level gauge, with operating platform, can customize all kinds of mixing paddles and motors. It is mainly used for mixing juice, sugar and other additives, and for quantitative addition of water.
UHT tubular sterilizer
The machine is suitable for the aseptic packaging of UHT sterilized liquid milk and various non aerated drinks, fruit juice, coffee, plant protein drinks, tea drinks, fruit wine and other self flowing liquid foods. The whole machine adopts all stainless steel materials, and all core parts use well-known brands to automatically complete paper feeding, sterilization, filling and molding. The packaging form is paper aluminum composite brick.
